Alexandra Shipp
Alexandra Shipp has been a popular actress for many years. Her birthplace was in Phoenix Arizona, United States on the 16th of July, 1991. She was in 2012 on an important role in Victoria Justice's host on Victorious. Shipp made her debut in 2009 as a supporting actor in Alvin and the Chipmunks. The actress then appeared in Nickelodeon's season three of the crime teenage drama House of Anubis playing the character of KT Rush. In 2014, Shipp was noticed for her performances in the role of Dani Raymond in the VH1 television sequel Drumline: A New Beat and Aaliyah Haughton in the lead role in the Lifetime TV movie Aaliyah: The Princess of R&B. In the second performance, Shipp was also a singer. She then played Ice Cube's wife Kimberly Woodruff in the biographical documentary Straight Outta Compton which chronicled the careers of hip hop group N.W.A. In 2016, she co-starred with Ororo and Munroe/Storm for Bryan Singer's superhero film X-Men: Apocalypse. Halle Berry has previously appeared as the mutant who controls weather. In 2018, Nick Robinson, Jorge Lendeborg Jr. starred in Love Simon. Kathryn Prescott was also featured in Dude. James is her brother. She was the character Danielle Dani Raymond, a character from Drumline the film New Beat (2014). Alexandra Ruth Shipp (born July 16th, 1991) is a American actor, singer, songwriter and instrumentalist who came to notoriety for playing the role of a real-life artist Aaliyah in the Lifetime television series Aaliyah: The Princess of R&B (2014) and Kimberly Woodruff in the Oscar-nominated film Straight Outta Compton (2015).
